Floyd Williams, the defendant-appellant, was convicted following a jury trial of unlawful sales of narcotics, of unlawfully receiving, concealing and facilitating the transportation and concealment of narcotics after unlawful importation, and of conspiracy to violate Federal narcotic laws A co-defendant, Barney Woods, also known as "Sarge", the alleged co-conspirator, had previously entered a plea of guilty. The defendant-appellant was sentenced to imprisonment for fifteen years.
