GIBSON, Chief Judge. Michael Wiebold appeals his jury conviction of aiding and abetting, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2, the knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance (LSD) with intent to distribute, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Four similar counts were dismissed by the trial court at the close of the Government's case. The jury acquitted defendant on a count charging a conspiracy to possess and distribute LSD, and was unable to reach a verdict on two other counts on which a mistrial was declared. Defendant was sentenced under the Youth Corrections Act, 18 U.S.C. § 5010(b).
